7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team in Texas. You will work with the Store Leader to deliver exceptional customer service, coach staff, and oversee daily operations to ensure the store runs smoothly.

This role focuses on training, merchandising execution, cash handling, and implementing store programs. A High School diploma or GED and at least one year of retail management experience are preferred; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred; relevant experience considered.
• Minimum 1 year of retail management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and coach team members.
