Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service leadership and coaching abilities.
• Oversee restaurant operations and ensure compliance with policies.
• Maintain food quality, presentation and freshness.
• Analyze store reports and P&L to drive improvements.
• Strong multitasking and physical stamina (lift up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and lead the restaurant team.
• Coach staff to deliver excellent guest service and hospitality.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and food-handling standards.
• Monitor KPIs and use reports to drive performance improvements.
• Maintain readiness and cleanliness of dining and back-of-house areas.
