Wal-Mart Stores East, LP is offering an Emerging Store Manager (ESM) developmental leadership role designed to prepare associates for Store Manager opportunities within Walmart US store operations. The assignment lasts 12 to 18 months and requires mobility within the region for Store Manager applications and placement.

• Bachelor’s degree in management or related field.
• 4 years' management experience in retail, operations, or distribution.
• Ability to supervise, mentor and develop managers/supervisors.
• CBC / firearms background check may be required for facilities selling firearms.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and direct the store's management team to achieve objectives.
• Forecast staffing plans and develop talent pipelines for Store Manager succession.
• Monitor budgets, expenditures, and financial performance against targets.
• Drive customer experience, merchandising, and community engagement initiatives.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
