Wal-Mart Stores East, LP is seeking an Emerging Store Manager (ESM) in the United States to develop readiness for Store Manager roles within Walmart US store operations. The program spans 12–18 months, with mobility within the region to pursue opportunities.

The role trains in retail operations, leadership, merchandising, and financial management to prepare for future store leadership. The ESM will learn to authorize expenditures, forecast budgets, analyze P&L and economic trends, and support

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years in a retail management or equivalent role.
• Experience supervising, evaluating, and developing managers/supervisors.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
