The developmental assignment lasts up to 12–18 months and may require mobility within the assigned region for Store Manager progression.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management, business administration, retail management, or financial management.
• 2+ years in a management role within retail/operations.
• Willingness to relocate and mobility within the assigned region.
• Ability to lead and develop managers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop across store operations to prepare for Store Manager opportunities.
• Analyze sales, profit goals, and budget forecasts.
• Lead staffing plans and succession planning processes.
