Job summary

Wal-Mart Stores East, LP is seeking an Emerging Store Manager (ESM) to train and develop across merchandising, people leadership, financial management, and customer experience. The developmental assignment lasts 12 to 18 months with mobility within the region for Store Manager opportunities.

During the program you will learn to manage expenditures against budgets, monitor sales and profit, and lead a team to deliver excellent customer service while upholding integrity and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years in retail management with supervision experience.
• Experience in budgeting, staffing, and performance reviews.
• Ability to lead managers and develop talent.
