O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Store Management Trainee to assist the store manager in sales, appearance, and operations. You will learn through hands‑on training aimed at preparing you for a management position at this location or another store.

The role emphasizes supervision, recruiting, training, scheduling, and safety compliance, with bilingual candidates encouraged. Success leads to advancement within the organization.

Formación

• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.
• O’Reilly store and/or distribution center experience desired.
• Completed O’Reilly management training program desired.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsabilidades

• Assist store manager in sales, appearance and overall operations.
• Supervise professional and retail operations and team members.
• Participate in recruiting, interviewing, evaluating and promoting staff.
• Train new team members and conduct performance evaluations.
• Support scheduling, payroll and timekeeping systems.
• Conduct customer calls and field sales activities as needed.
• Monitor store KPIs and participate in monthly P&L discussions.
