Qualifications

• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment, and systems is required.
• O'Reilly store and/or distribution center experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager in sales and overall operations.
• Supervise all team members and their operations.
• Train new team members and handle performance evaluations.
• Support store manager in safety compliance training.
