Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise professional and retail store operations with team members.
• Coordinate recruiting, interviewing, hiring, evaluating and disciplining staff.
• Train new team members and conduct performance reviews.
• Assist in hiring processes and ensure qualified selections.
• Support safety compliance and training across the store.
• Make sales calls with or without the store manager.
• Maintain delivery fleet records and payroll/timekeeping systems.
• Review P&L, KPI dashboards, and opportunities for optimization.
