Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; leadership potential.
• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• Bilingual abilities are desirable (Spanish).
• Experience or knowledge of automotive parts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store and team operations with district and store managers.
• Recruit, hire, evaluate, promote, and discipline team members.
• Train new team members and conduct performance evaluations.
• Assist in interviewing and candidate selection.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper staff training across areas.
• Make sales calls and participate in weekly customer calls.
• Monitor key metrics and KPIs; discuss opportunities with the store manager.
