Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is opening a brand new store in Smithfield, NC mid-September and is hiring for Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager roles.

The primary aim is to fulfill our mission to create the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests, while performing sales, merchandising and basic store operations under leadership. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to grow sales, recruit teammates and provide leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months retail experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill our mission by delivering legendary guest service and driving sales.
• Assist Store Manager and Leadership Team in training, recruiting and supervising Teammates.
• Perform merchandising, stock, checkout and store operations as assigned to support store goals.
