Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Asheville, NC is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager and Leadership Team. You will perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks, greet guests, assist with training Teammates and help recruit new teammates.

The role is a development path from AIT to Assistant Manager with increasing responsibilities. You will work closely with management to achieve sales goals, maintain visual standards, and deliver legendary service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related retail experience or training.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply product knowledge and store procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and deliver legendary service.
• Assist with sales, merchandising, and store operations as directed by management.
• Support training and development of Teammates; assist in recruiting new teammates.
• Lead by example in customer service, sales presentations, and showmanship.
• Maintain visual standards, operate POS, and follow loss prevention policies.
