Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to drive sales, lead the team, and manage daily operations in Greensboro. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit teammates, mentor staff, and ensure excellent guest service.

You will share responsibilities for training, performance coaching, and sustaining Buckle’s standards in merchandising, loss prevention, and customer care across all store areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; or 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide legendary service.
• Lead by example with showmanship and strong customer focus.
• Plan sales goals with Store Manager and drive store performance.
• Recruit, train, and develop teammates to meet Buckle standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store and oversee visual standards.
