Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to lead in-store sales, merchandising, and guest service.

You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit and develop Teammates, manage daily operations, and mentor associates in a high-energy retail environment. This role emphasizes leadership, training, and maintaining Buckle’s customer-first experience, with opportunities for advancement as you progress from AIT to Assistant Manager

Qualifications
