The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to support store leadership, drive sales, merchandise, and daily operations while developing Teammates.

This role works with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit new teammates and provide leadership in the absence of the Store Manager. As an AIT-turned-Assistant Manager, you will train staff, model legendary guest service, lead by example, and help maintain visual standards, POS procedures, and

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED; retail experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to train and motivate Teammates and lead in the Store Manager's absence.
• Familiarity with merchandising, POS procedures, and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist with recruiting, training, and developing Teammates to meet Buckle standards.
• Lead sales presentations and achieve personal and store sales goals.
