The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to support store leadership, drive sales and ensure guest satisfaction.

The role collaborates with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train and motivate Teammates, and to maintain merchandising standards and daily store operations. As a key member of the leadership team, you will develop sales strategies, lead by example in customer service, and act as Store Manager in their absence while advancing

Qualifications

• Retail experience or training preferred.
• Ability to lead and develop Teammates.
• Strong customer service and sales orientation.
