Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager who will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, merchandising, and daily operations while training Teammates.

This role progresses from AIT to Assistant Manager, sharing responsibility for guest service, staff development, and store performance, including coaching, recruiting, and executing Buckle standards.

Qualifications

• Retail and guest service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to train and motivate Teammates.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with legendary service and assist with product questions.
• Support merchandising, displays, and store operations.
• Lead by example in absence of the Store Manager and coach Teammates.
