Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Pineville is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training (AIT) to develop leadership skills while driving sales and guest service.

You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit Teammates, train staff, and step into Store Manager duties in their absence. The role blends customer focus with merchandising, operations, and people development in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 months related retail experience or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist in recruiting, training and developing Teammates to meet store standards.
• Lead store operations, merchandising and guest service in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Help manage daily store activities and act as Store Manager in their absence.
