The program provides a blend of virtual and hands-on learning experiences over 16 weeks, with guidance from district leaders, HR, and coaching store managers to accelerate leadership growth.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to deliver high levels of customer service.
• Experience executing merchandising strategies to drive sales.
• Experience managing store inventory and assets to protect profitability.
