Job summary

Buckle in Surprise, AZ is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to support the Store Manager and Leadership Team in delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will perform sales, merchandising, and operational tasks, from greeting guests and processing transactions to displays, inventory pulls, and routine store upkeep.

This role emphasizes leadership, recruiting and developing Teammates, executing sales goals, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring loss prevention

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and coach Teammates.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding store and merch.
• Assist guests in locating merchandise and upsell.
• Maintain product knowledge and promotions.
• Lead by example with showmanship and customer focus.
• Support recruiting and training of Teammates.
• Ensure store is clean, organized and shoppable.
• Assist in visual merchandising and zone ownership.
