Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to drive guest service and sales while mentoring Teammates. The role partners with Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train, and develop staff, ensuring excellence in merchandising, operations, and customer engagement.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate leadership, strong communication, and a proactive approach to meeting sales goals and maintaining Buckle's standards and store appearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience in retail environment and customer service preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities to develop Teammates.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and guest service to create an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates to Buckle standards and performance trackers.
• Oversee store operations including merchandising, POS procedures, and loss prevention.
• Maintain store presentation and adherence to Buckle visuals and ethics.
• Lead by example with strong customer focus and teamwork.
