Buckle is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to drive exceptional guest experiences. You will lead sales and merchandising efforts, recruit new teammates, and collaborate with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to maintain, train, and motivate staff.

The role emphasizes demonstration of product knowledge, delivering legendary service, and achieving sales targets while maintaining store standards and visual presentation.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise.
• Recommend and locate merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Anticipate Guest needs by suggesting additional items and creating a wardrobe experience.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education to teammates.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and exchange policies.
• Achieve personal sales-per-hour, average sales and net sales goals.
• Provide legendary service in Front 5, sales floor, fitting rooms, and register area.
• Lead by example with showmanship and customer service.
• Recognize Guest levels and coach teammates.
