Job summary

Buckle in Bend, Oregon seeks a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to drive guest service, merchandising, and store operations. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to grow sales, recruit teammates, and provide frontline leadership.

Responsibilities include coaching teammates, executing merchandise strategies, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, POS procedures, and loss prevention practices.
• Maintain visual standards and store presentation across departments.
• Lead by example to improve guest loyalty through interactions.
• Coordinate with Store Manager and Leadership Team on sales goals and staffing.
