Buckle is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to drive guest service, sales and store operations. You will collaborate with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit teammates, lead by example, and maintain compelling merchandising and presentation throughout the store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months retail experience or training preferred.

Responsibilities
