Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is hiring a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to deliver the best guest experience. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, merchandising, and daily operations, while recruiting and developing new Teammates and modeling Buckle’s standards.

You will be expected to meet sales goals, train staff, and maintain a welcoming, well-presented store environment in a fast-paced fashion retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily.
• Experience in retail or leadership roles is a plus.
• Ability to recruit, train and develop Teammates daily.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates to meet Buckle standards.
• Lead by example with showmanship and strong customer focus.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store and follow policies.
