Job summary

Buckle in Southaven, MS is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to help deliver Buckle’s mission: to create the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests. You will perform sales, merchandising, and daily operations under Store Management.

You will recruit and develop Teammates, maintain visual standards, and deliver legendary service across the sales floor, fitting rooms, and register area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related retail experience or training; or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with legendary service and assist in merchandise selection to meet Guest needs.
• Perform sales, merchandising, and basic store operations under management.
• Recruit and train Teammates; lead by example with showmanship and service.
• Maintain clean, organized, and shoppable store per Buckle standards.
• Follow Loss Prevention guidelines and POS procedures.
