Job summary

Buckle in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to help create the best shopping experience for guests. You will work closely with Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit Teammates, and provide strong leadership on the floor.

You will lead by example, coach teammates, manage merchandising, and ensure excellent guest service while maintaining Buckle's standards and policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise and assist guests.
• Recommend, select, and help locate merchandise based on guest needs.
• Lead by example with showmanship and high customer service standards.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and developing Teammates to meet Buckle standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store; follow loss prevention guidelines.
• Execute POS procedures, transactions, and daily operations with accuracy.

Education
