RNR Tire Express in Russellville, AR seeks a Manager In Training (MIT) to be trained extensively for store management placement. You’ll rotate through Sales, Accounts, and Shop to learn operations and drive performance.

As you shadow directors and departments, you’ll master company policies, prepare monthly P&Ls, and participate in outbound calls and local marketing to grow store sales. This role emphasizes leadership and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualificações

• Ability to read and interpret general business materials and communicate effectively.
• Proven leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong judgment, integrity, and organizational skills.
• Wamiliarity with teamwork and cross-department collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Cross train in Sales, Accounts, and Shop.
• Shadow Sales Directors, Account Directors, Home Office, and Marketing/Internet Sales department.
• Learn policies, processes, and workings of each department.
• Learn proper file completion and filing of protection claims.
• Learn placing orders, contacting operations for issues, and running Friday meetings.
• Learn the monthly P&Ls.
• Drive sales with outbound leads, flyers, and local marketing.
• Other duties as assigned.
