Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of supervisory/management experience required.
• Rent to Own and/or wheel and tire experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Cross train in Sales, Accounts, and Shop departments to prepare for store management.
• Shadow directors and Home Office to learn policies and procedures.
• Learn proper file completion, filing, and tracking protection claims.
• Learn to place orders and coordinate with operations to resolve issues.
• Develop skills in driving sales with outbound calls and local marketing.
• Understand monthly P&Ls and contribute to store performance.
