Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 2–4 years of supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Rent to Own and/or wheel and tire experience desirable but not required.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business materials, reports, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Cross train in Sales, Accounts, and Shop departments.
• Shadow Sales Directors, Account Directors, Home Office, and Marketing/Internet Sales.
• Learn department policies, processes, and workflows.
• Master filing and tracking of protection claims; proper file completion.
• Place orders and coordinate with operations on issues needing fix.
• Hold Friday morning meetings and monitor monthly P&Ls.
• Support sales growth through outbound calls and marketing activity.
• Other duties as assigned.
