Job summary

RNR Tire Express is seeking a Manager In Training (MIT) to be thoroughly trained for store management. The program covers Sales, Accounts, and Shop departments, with hands-on exposure to policies, processes, and claims tracking.

The MIT will shadow directors and multiple departments, learn to drive outbound sales, and participate in Friday meetings while preparing for leadership responsibilities within the Jacksonville store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two to four years of supervisory/management experience.
• Previous Rent to Own and/or wheel and tire experience is desirable but not necessary.
• Must have a valid driver license and have a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Cross train in Sales, Accounts, and Shop departments.
• Shadow Sales Directors, Account Directors, Home Office, and Marketing/Internet Sales department.
• Learn policies, processes, and workings of each department.
• Learn proper file completion and tracking protection claims.
• Learn placing orders and contacting operations for issues.
• Drive sales with outbound lead calls and marketing using flyers.
• Set goals and track progress; create excitement in the store.
