Job summary

RNR Tire Express is seeking a Manager In Training (MIT) who will rotate through Sales, Accounts and Shop departments to gain firsthand experience. You will shadow senior staff and senior leadership while learning policies, procedures, and the day-to-day operations necessary to manage a store effectively.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and 2–4 years of supervisory or management experience, with a preference for Rent-to-Own or wheel and tire familiarity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two to four years of supervisory/management experience is required.
• Rent to Own and/or wheel and tire experience is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Cross train in Sales, Accounts, and Shop departments.
• Shadow Directors, Home Office, and Marketing/Internet Sales teams.
• Learn policies, processes, and department workings.
• Learn proper file completion and filing of protection claims.
• Learn placing orders, contacting operations for issues, and running Friday morning meetings.
• Understand monthly P&Ls.
• Develop skills to drive sales with outbound calls and marketing flyers.
• Other duties as assigned.
