Job summary

RNR Tire Express is seeking a Manager In Training (MIT) to be prepared for store leadership. The program includes cross-functional exposure in Sales, Accounts, and Shop, with mentorship from directors and home office staff.

You will learn policies, processes, and filing procedures, and participate in outbound sales, flyers marketing, and performance tracking while gaining insight into monthly P&Ls. This role offers broad growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Rent to Own and/or wheel and tire experience is desirable but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Cross train in Sales, Accounts, and Shop.
• Shadow Sales Directors, Account Directors, Home Office, and Marketing/Internet Sales department.
• Learn and become proficient in policies, processes, and workings of each department.
• Learn and become proficient in proper file completion as well as filing and tracking protection claims.
• Learn to drive sales with outbound lead calls, marketing using flyers, and goal setting and tracking.
• Understand the monthly P&Ls and how they affect store performance.
• Other duties as assigned.
