Job summary

RNR Tire Express is seeking candidates for the Manager In Training (MIT) program. You will be trained extensively to prepare for store management, with exposure to Sales, Accounts, and Shop operations.

You will shadow directors, learn corporate processes, and develop skills in ordering, issue resolution, and performance tracking, while gaining familiarity with monthly P&Ls and sales growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Cross train in Sales, Accounts, and Shop departments.
• Shadow directors and home office staff to learn processes.
• Learn proper file completion and filing of protection claims.
• Learn placing orders and coordinating with operations for issues.
• Understand monthly P&Ls and drive sales via outbound calls and marketing.
