Job summary

The MIT will shadow directors, learn policies, and develop skills in budgeting, orders, and driving in-store sales. This role emphasizes leadership, analytical thinking, and teamwork within a structured training path.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two to four years of supervisory/management experience.
• Rent to Own and/or wheel and tire experience is desirable but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Cross-train in Sales, Accounts, and Shop.
• Shadow Sales Directors, Account Directors, Home Office, and Marketing/Internet Sales department.
• Learn and become proficient in the policies, processes, and workings of each department.
• Learn and become proficient in proper file completion and filing and tracking protection claims.
• Learn and understand placing orders, contacting operations for issues, and Friday morning meetings.
• Learn and understand the monthly P&L statements.
• Drive sales with outbound lead calls and marketing using flyers, goal setting, and generating in-store excitement.
• Other duties as assigned.
