Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is looking for an Assistant Manager in training to support daily store operations and guest service. This role partners with the Store Manager to drive sales, merchandising, and team leadership, ensuring a high-quality shopping experience for Guests.

As the Assistant Manager in Training, you will help recruit and develop Teammates, and may act as Store Manager in their absence. This is a growth path from AIT with higher duties over time.

Qualifications

• Retail and customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lead and train Teammates and delegate responsibilities.
• Flexible schedule including holidays and nontraditional hours may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service while meeting personal and store goals.
• Lead, train, and motivate Teammates; coordinate with Store Manager and Leadership Team.
• Recruitment and onboarding of new Teammates; build a positive team environment.
