Job summary

Buckle is hiring an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager in a full-time, on-site role in Colorado. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, merchandising, and store operations, with progression from AIT to Assistant Manager as you gain responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months retail experience; or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist Store Manager in recruiting and developing Teammates and training new Teammates.
• Lead by example with showmanship and a high level of customer service.
• Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals and contribute to team targets.
• Maintain store presentation, merchandising standards, and adherence to policies.
