Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager to support store leadership, drive sales, recruit and train Teammates, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months of related retail experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist with recruiting, training and developing Teammates to meet Buckle's standards.
• Lead by example with showmanship, customer service and leadership actions.
• Maintain and demonstrate Buckle's visual and floor standards to support sales.
