Job summary

Buckle in Dayton seeks a Leader in Training and Floor Leader to drive sales, merchandising and daily operations. You will work with Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train, coach Teammates and ensure top-tier guest service.

The role requires leading by example, strong communication, and a commitment to Buckle’s standards in a fast-paced retail environment. Full-time benefits are available and the Buckle mission guides guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training.
• Ability to lead and coach Teammates to meet Buckle’s standards.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Lead by example with showmanship and high level of customer service and attentiveness.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates to meet Buckle’s standards and sales goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store and follow Buckle policies.
• Execute POS procedures and loss prevention guidelines.
