Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Leader in Training and Floor Leader to drive guest service, merchandising, and store operations. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit Teammates, and demonstrate a high level of showroom leadership.

The role covers daily duties from greeting guests to executing the Sales Presentation Guide, with emphasis on sales performance, product knowledge, and customer engagement in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent
• 1–3 months of related retail experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service
• Assist Guests with product knowledge and locating merchandise
• Lead by example in Sales, merchandising, and guest engagement
• Support leadership in recruiting and training Teammates
