Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Dayton, OH seeks a Leader in Training and Floor Leader to help create the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests. You will perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks, work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit Teammates and provide leadership.

The role emphasizes hands-on customer service, product knowledge, loss prevention awareness and coaching teammates. A high school diploma or GED and retail experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to coach and lead teammates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service while meeting sales goals.
• Assist with merchandising, displays, and weekly floor plans.
• Recruit, train, and develop Teammates to meet Buckle standards.
• Maintain store safety, loss prevention practices and policy adherence.
• Lead by example during shifts and provide feedback to the team.
• Ensure excellent guest experiences in all store areas.
