Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training and Floor Leader to drive sales, mentor teammates, and uphold Buckle’s guest-first standards. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train, and develop teammates while ensuring exceptional service across the sales floor, fitting rooms, and registers.

This role emphasizes leadership, in-store merchandising, and customer engagement, with opportunities to lead by example and contribute to a high-energy retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1–3 months retail experience.
• Ability to lead and coach Teammates.
• Excellent guest service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service in a Sales environment.
• Assist Guests with merchandise selection and location.
• Lead by example with showmanship and high presentation standards.
• Recruit, train, and develop Teammates to meet Buckle standards.
• Maintain a clean, shoppable store and manage POS procedures.
• Support Store Management with sales, merchandising, and operations.
