Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Findlay, OH is seeking a Leader in Training and Floor Leader to help create the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests.

You will supervise sales, merchandising and store operations, recruit new teammates, and collaborate with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales and guest satisfaction. This full‑time role requires delivering legendary service, building guest relationships, and leading by example in presentation, product knowledge and loss prevention

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months retail experience.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions and recommend merchandise.
• Lead by example with showmanship and customer service.
• Recruit and train new teammates and support leadership.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation.
