Job summary

Buckle in Dayton Mall, Dayton, OH, is seeking a Leader in Training and Floor Leader for a full-time, on-site role. You will perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks, working closely with Store Management to develop sales, recruit Teammates, and lead the team.

The position emphasizes guest service, product knowledge, and daily operations, with opportunities to influence visual standards and loss prevention while growing leadership skills in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding the store and merchandise.
• Recommend, select, and help locate merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Lead by example with showmanship and high level of customer service.
• Maintain and share knowledge of promotions, policies, and security practices.
• Maintain a clean, organized, shoppable store and support Buckle’s mission.
