The Buckle, Inc. in Dayton, OH is seeking a Leader in Training and Floor Leader to support sales, merchandising, and store operations.

Work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit new Teammates, and provide leadership. You will lead by example in customer service, product knowledge, and loss prevention while developing teammates and maintaining Buckle’s presentation standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 months related retail experience preferred.
• Willingness to train and develop Teammates and leadership skills.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities essential.

Responsabilités

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist Guests with merchandise selection and locating items.
• Develop sales through product knowledge and in-store demonstrations.
• Lead by example in showmanship, customer service, and visual standards.
• Support leadership in recruiting, training, and developing Teammates.
• Maintain a clean, shoppable store and follow loss prevention guidelines.
