Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior supervisory experience in a retail setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities to develop associates.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience and operations.
• Lead in-store customer experiences and deliver personalized recommendations.
• Open/close routines including deposits, shipments, and disseminating directives.
• Provide feedback and performance coaching to managers and associates.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and visual standards across the store.
