Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Lead as Manager on Duty when scheduled and address customer experience issues.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to implement action plans and drive results.
• Perform opening/closing routines including bank deposits and receiving shipments.
• Set daily shift directions and provide performance feedback to staff.
• Demonstrate selling behaviors rooted in brand values and product knowledge.
• Build genuine connections with customers through needs-based recommendations.
• Coach and motivate associates to improve selling and service.
• Maintain safety, store standards, and adherence to policies.
