Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Store Supervisor to partner with the Store Manager to develop outstanding associates, deliver exceptional and consistent customer experiences, and positively impact growth across Bath & Body Works. Our store leaders are retail and customer-savvy, dedicated brand ambassadors, and thrive on connections with customers.

You will lead talent, set daily goals, coach teams, and ensure safe, engaging store operations while upholding the brand's values.

Qualifications

Experience delivering sales and customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
Supervisory experience in retail preferred.
Customer-focused selling culture.
Strong communication and coaching skills.
Ability to work peak days and times, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
Act as Manager on Duty and address customer experience or maintenance issues.
Partner with the Sales Leadership Team to support action plans and ensure execution of operational activities.
Perform opening and closing routines including deposits, receipts, and disseminating directives.
Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work.
Provide individual and team feedback to managers.
Lead in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.
Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs and recommendations.
Train, coach, reward, and motivate associates to improve selling and customer experience.
Reinforce selling expectations, performance, results, and accountability.
