Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Tucson to direct all store processes, drive sales, and lead a ~10-person team across departments. You will ensure exceptional customer service, safety compliance, and efficient operations under store leadership.

The role requires strong people skills, P&L awareness, and the ability to train and develop leaders while maintaining daily store performance and a positive, fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of retail experience; or education/experience mix.
• Proven success leading both perishable and non-perishable ops with P&L, safety, staffing, and inventory control.
• Strong written and verbal communication with detail orientation.

Mansioni

• Direct all business processes at the assigned store and drive sales and efficiency.
• Lead a team of about ten people including Department Managers and Receivers.
• Inspire and motivate the team to deliver superior customer service.
• Oversee inventory, labor, and expenses to meet targets.
• Ensure safety, labeling, health, and weights and measures standards.
