Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. seeks an Assistant Store Manager to direct all store processes, drive sales and efficiency, and lead a 10-person team across perishable and non-perishable departments. The ASM ensures high customer service, adherence to safety standards, and ongoing training to build leadership capability and store performance.

The role requires strong communication, operational acumen, and a commitment to Sprouts values in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience with P&L, safety, sanitation, staffing and coaching
• Proven communication and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Food Safety certification or related credential preferred

Responsibilities

• Shape store culture by modeling Sprouts values and leading the team
• Develop the store leadership team to deliver exceptional customer experience
• Lead ~10 person team including Department Managers and Receivers
• Manage inventory, labor and expenses to meet sales targets
• Ensure safety, sanitation and compliance across all departments
